Save-The-Date: Networking Evening: Move forward instead of holding back – How can small and medium-sized enterprises succeed in the digital transformation?
Specialist conference: Move forward instead of holding back – How can small and medium-sized enterprises succeed in the digital transformation?
German small and medium-sized enterprises are facing profound change, particularly due to the growing importance of digital technologies. Existing approaches are often insufficient for managing the digital transformation in small and medium-sized enterprises. A research project at LMU Munich, sponsored by the Schick family, shows that digital transformation is particularly successful in SMEs when companies not only invest in technologies, but also specifically take into account the specific strengths of SMEs – such as niche focus or regional roots – in their transformation.
At our conference
