working Group Diversity Applied

The Diversity Applied working group focuses on raising awareness of diversity in business and society. The MÜNCHNER KREIS concentrates on the following dimensions:

  • Age 
  • Gender
  • Origin
  • Discipline
  • Inclusion

A fundamental goal of the working group is to highlight opportunities for creating a diverse economy and society and to identify concrete ways of achieving this. To this end, the working group invites participants to a wide range of discussion rounds and workshops to facilitate the exchange of experiences among a broad group of participants.

The working group also discusses the challenges and barriers associated with diversity, highlights specific levers for change, and develops recommendations for action to shape the discourse and the creation of a diverse economy and society.

Development of diversity guidelines for the MÜNCHNER KREIS

Co-organization of the MÜNCHNER KREIS member conference on the topic of “More sustainable through digitalization”

Workshop in January 2021 on the topic of “Corona and women’s careers – career boost or retreat?”

Participation in Digital Day 2021: Wanted Daniel:a Düsentrieb – STEM or non-STEM? That is the question?
