Practical Workshop 2026: Redesigning Work with AI – Putting Tasks to the Test, Part 2

Three-part online breakfast series as part of the 2026 Practical Workshop

in cooperation with Bayern Innovativ and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria.

On November 19, 2026, the second part of our three-part online event series “Practical Workshop 2026” will take place under the title “Redesigning Work with AI – Putting Tasks to the Test.”

Moderator: Simon Kempe, Bayern Innovativ GmbH

AI becomes particularly relevant when companies re-examine tasks, processes, and roles. Which activities can be supported? Where do new requirements arise? And how is collaboration between humans and machines changing? This session will demonstrate how companies can practically reshape work with AI. The focus is not on automation at any cost, but on a conscious examination of tasks, workflows, and responsibilities.

You’ll receive expert insights and real-world examples from companies that are already engaged in reshaping work through AI.

What to Expect:

  • Insights into reshaping work with AI
  • Real-world examples of human-AI collaboration
  • Analysis of tasks, processes, and roles
  • Discussion of opportunities, limitations, and specific application areas

On November 26, 2026, the third part of our three-part online event series, “Practical Workshop 2026,” will take place under the title “Working Successfully with AI – Empowering Employees and Building Acceptance.”

Moderator: Dr. Rahild Neuburger, LMU and MÜNCHNER KREIS e.V.
