The focus will be on the experimental short film “Überrest” (Remains), a production by a talented group of students from the Stuttgart Media University (HdM).

The film presents a fascinating and intimate exploration of the intersection of AI, memory, and human emotions. It tells of the deep longing to connect with what has been lost—and in doing so, highlights the opportunities and pitfalls of new technologies that bring us ever closer to simulating the human experience.

These questions are the focus of the evening:

Together with the growing importance of resource conservation, the targeted use of seeds and crop protection is becoming increasingly important. The use of artificial intelligence can make a significant contribution to securing the food supply and ecological sustainability. This makes it all the more important to specifically address the potentials and challenges.
