The “Diversity Applied” working group is concerned with raising awareness of the issue of diversity in business and society. In doing so, the MÜNCHNER KREIS focuses on diversity in the dimensions of age, gender, origin and discipline.
A key objective of the working group is to shed light on opportunities for shaping a diverse economy and society and to identify concrete ways of achieving this. To this end, the working group invites participants to various discussion rounds and workshops to enable the exchange of experiences between a broad range of participants.
In doing so, the working group also discusses the challenges and barriers associated with diversity and develops concrete levers and recommendations for action to enrich the discourse on shaping a diverse economy and society.
