DESCRIPTION:Three-part online breakfast seminar by Praxiswerkstatt 2025 “Successful use of AI”\nin cooperation with Bayern Innovativ and the Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BIHK).\nThe upheavals in the world of work caused by AI are in full swing. With new AI agents, increasingly complex decisions can be transferred from humans to machines. Their potential applications go far beyond previous AI applications and raise numerous questions about their appropriate use. When AI is introduced into a company, it changes the way employees work and collaborate. Companies must provide targeted offerings for employees to enable productive, meaningful, and humane work with AI. There are also many legal aspects to consider when integrating AI into everyday work. The AI Act, for example, also sets ethical guidelines.\nOn November 20, 2025, the second part of our three-part online event series Praxiswerkstatt 2025 will take place under the title “AI Culture.”\nIn part 2 of our series, we will examine how a corporate culture can be cultivated in which AI positively influences work and collaboration among the entire workforce. Here, too, we look forward to hearing about concrete experiences from companies.\nOn November 28, 2025, the third part of our three-part online event series Praxiswerkstatt 2025 will take place under the title “AI Act.”\nFinally, we will look at the relevant legal changes that companies need to consider when introducing AI, above all the AI Act. Companies will report on their practical experiences, and there will be room for questions and discussion.\n \n
